About MAD Learning

The name “MAD” stands for “Make a Difference,” which reflects the company’s mission to empower individuals, teams and organizations to go from Good to Great.

Our services focus on empowering individuals, teams and organizations to thrive in this fast-paced RUPT (Rapid, Unpredictable, Paradoxical and Tangled) environment. From building relationships, executive and team coaching, skills upgrading to organization wide initiatives, we are passionate and committed in all we do.

Our workshops are highly experiential, designed based on adult-learning and recent neuroscience research on how the adult brain learns, retains and rewires. They are highly interactive (and fun), with participants engaging in a variety of activities and exercises to build, retain and apply their skills and knowledge for improved results.
